I can not get a decent color of this sweater, so just as a reminder to what it actually looks like, here's the color swatch swiped fro Elann's site:

So I'm just waiting for the sleeves to dry a bit more, then I'll have this baby finished up!
I did start the saddles for the FLAK and I'll have pictures of them tomorrow.
Today I'll finish up the second saddle for the FLAK (about an inch to go) then I'll see if my sleeves are dry. If not, I'll have to decide what to work on. I should probably choose something "non-cabled" since I plan on working on the FLAK with the group now, but Marilyn or the Spring Forward might be hard to resist. There's always the Lasso Gansey, too...
Have a great Monday and Happy Knitting!!
I had to laugh at your comment to me ;-). They say imitation is the highest form of flattery! So now I'm starting the Town Square Jacket after looking at yours several times.....I love the color on your cardigan. Isn't it funny how it can look so different? Can't wait to see it finished, as usual your kintting is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Thanks for setting up the ring for FLAK! I'm going through right now to check everyone out! Take care, Tori
ReplyDeleteCindy....your cardigan is *gorgeous*!!!! Good for you!! Your saddles ain't so shabby either. I have to start mine yet..but it won't be long. I'd join your flak circle, but I just started a joint blog and barely know how to get to the home page, let alone set up buttons and stuff.
ReplyDeleteSarah B. did share with me an e-mail that you sent her re: getting the FLAK button onto the site....I need to take that *very* slowly....But I'll get there. One of these days, I'll figure out how to get pictures on there also. But I also need to just knit....so I can finish gorgeous projects like yours.....so knit on. And thanks for sharing with us....
